The local preview stores drafts and preferences on the device and uses sample replies. It contains no analytics or advertising SDK. Drafts are excluded from device backup.

Planned online data flow

A device identifier creates an app account. After explicit consent, your message and current conversation context pass through the Stillnote server to OpenAI for a reply. Model output can be wrong; avoid confidential work details, passwords and other people’s personal data. No image, microphone or contact upload is offered in this first candidate.

Apple signed transactions and purchase identifiers go to the server for entitlement verification. WATA receives payment information during its checkout. A bank return never proves payment. Server usage records include account ID, model, counters and transaction status. Application request bodies are not logged.

30-day retention

Drafts expire 30 days after creation and are removed on the next app opening or foreground use. The backend does not store message content. It deletes usage records and authentication sessions at 30 days, at startup and hourly. Your account remains until you request deletion. Payment records are detached from a deleted account and retained for the legally required period. Provider retention, operational logs and backup expiration must be verified before publication.

Control and deletion

Withdraw AI permission in Settings to stop new requests. Delete individual drafts or all local drafts. Account deletion asks the server to delete active account records and clears local drafts only after confirmation. Apple subscriptions are cancelled separately in App Store settings.

Черновики удаляются через 30 дней после создания при открытии приложения. Сервер не сохраняет текст сообщений. Записи использования и сеансы старше 30 дней очищаются при запуске и ежечасно. Аккаунт хранится до запроса на удаление. Платёжные записи отделяются от удалённого аккаунта и сохраняются в течение установленного законом срока.

Локальный просмотр хранит черновики и настройки на устройстве и использует ответы-примеры. В онлайн-версии с вашего согласия текст и контекст передаются через сервер Stillnote в OpenAI. Apple и WATA обрабатывают данные покупок. Разрешение можно отозвать, черновики удалить, а удаление аккаунта подтверждается сервером. Подписка Apple отменяется отдельно.
